Coming Soon: New Self-Service Options Coming to MyTICO

TICO is continuously working to enhance its services for registrants by making it easier to conduct business with us.

A key element of this is moving services online to MyTICO, where they can be accessed anytime from anywhere.

You may have already downloaded your TICO registrant renewal package on MyTICO.

Next time you login to the portal, you’ll notice several new features:

• TICO Certificate – this feature allows you to download and print the TICO Certificate for your business, to display in your office or storefront.
• Business change forms – when you make changes to your business, you must report many of those changes to TICO. Save time by reporting them through MyTICO. Examples of business changes include: updates to your business address, the Supervisor/Manager on file, a change in your banking information or the website of your business.
• Online verification statement – quickly and easily complete your financial verification statement online via the MyTICO portal.
