TICO launches online registration renewal portal
As TICO continues to digitize its services and make it easier for registrants to do business with us, we have reached a key milestone with the launch of the online registration renewal portal.
To complete your yearly registration renewal, registrants will now receive an email 60 days prior to their registration expiry with detailed instructions on how to complete the process online. A registration package will no longer be sent in the mail.

Online Payments
The new portal allows registrant renewal payments to be made by credit card, within the portal. Alternatively, registrants still have the option of using online banking (use payee name TICO-Reg Renewal) or sending a cheque to complete their payment. Key Information
- Remember, TICO has extended fee deferrals for April and May year-ends; however,
- Registrants must download and complete the registration renewal form from the online portal. At this time, the form will need to be printed, signed, scanned and emailed back to TICO. TICO is working on rolling out a completely digital process in the months ahead
- If you’d like to change your email address on file with TICO, please complete a Notice of Business Change form, completing the email section of the form.
